Kathleen has been a real estate consultant since 2002, winning awards for her sales each year. Prior to entering real estate, she was a consultant in the technology industry working as a project manager and creative director for top-tier companies such as PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Kathleen started The Creative Living Team because she knows we as humans work best in community - both as clients and experts. Our Team focuses on representing properties throughout Boston, Brookline, Newton, Jamaica Plain, South Boston, Charlestown, Roslindale, Cambridge, Somerville, Dorchester, Roxbury and East Boston.

Kathleen is a Realtor®, Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), International Luxury Homes Marketer (ILHM), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), and Loss Mitigation Certified (LMC) agent. She is also a Luxury Home Marketing specialist, providing red carpet service and results for all our properties.

Kathleen has successfully marketed properties throughout the greater Boston metro area, on average achieving 101% of asking price for her clients in 39 days or less. During her career, she has sold more than 370 homes and done more than $165 million in sales.

As a team, we have more than 28 cumulative years of real estate experience, $195 million plus in sales, and have sold over 400 homes.
We have also assisted landlords and tenants with hundreds of rentals.

As first-time buyer and seller specialists, we are experienced at educating and guiding clients through the process of selling or buying their first home.

We also specialize in working with investors on multi-family buildings and understand the frustrations and delicacies of this, having been landlords ourselves.
